Core Working Principle
1. Flat Plate Positive Pressure Forming: PVC rigid sheets are heated and softened, then pressed in a flat mold by compressed air to form rigid, uniform blister packs.
2. Roller Heat Sealing: Blister packs and aluminum foil are rolled and sealed between heat-sealing rollers and anilox rollers. This results in a small contact area, high pressure, excellent sealing effect, and high speed.
3.Full Servo Drive: Each station (such as traction, forming, heat sealing, and punching) is driven by an independent servo motor. Multi-axis synchronous linkage is achieved through a PLC or motion controller, ensuring precise stepping distances and eliminating cumulative errors.
